Processes requiring extremely high accuracy and precision controls such as in loading of Solid support (polymeric beads) with oligonucleotide materials is being carried out in HBPRL on a regular basis.
Quality: All the manufacturing activities for Oligonucleotide materials is in GMP conditions with 21 CFR system support. Close Monitoring and control on the impurities as LCMS is used as a part of QC release of batches. Moisture control at ppb levels required for certain products.
Nucleosides are being exported primarily to US and European countries
